Where Does Rowenta Ship?

Currently Rowenta ships within the United States. Unfortunately at this time we do not ship to APO or FPO.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately at this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes.

How will my order ship?

We currently ship UPS Ground.

When will my order Ship?

Orders are usually processed within 48 hours and take 3-7 business days to arrive, dependent upon your location. During peak season (Holidays, special events, etc.) our processing time could exceed 48 hours. 

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships you will receive an email confirmation with your UPS tracking number.

Order Cancellation

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order is placed, you will have a one hour window in which you can cancel or make changes. Once the hour window has passed your order is transferred down to our distribution center for shipment. At this stage, there cannot be any changes to your order.

What are your terms for promotions?

Promotional codes can't be applied to previously placed orders.

Promotional codes that offer a percent off can be used in combination with free shipping promo codes, by may not be combined with another percent-off promo code.

Not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit.

Discount codes offered on www.rowentausa.com are only valid on www.rowentausa.com and cannot be used anywhere else.

If you have a promotional discount code, please enter it in the "Discount Codes" field provided on the "Shopping Cart" page, and click the "Apply Coupon" button. You will see your discount applied in the "shopping Cart Total" section.

Does Rowenta have a lifetime warranty?

Rowenta offers 1-year limited warranty, this warranty covers domestic and private use only.

How do I use a Rowenta iron?

Fill your iron's water tank with untreated tap water and select the temperature using the thermostat dial: one dot for synthetics, two for wool, three for cotton and linen.

Heat your iron completely before using steam. Use steam only when the iron is hot and the light turns off. For vertical steaming, set temperature to maximum position, hang your garment, and press steam control intermittently while moving top to bottom.

Place your iron on its heel rest when not in use. Use a perforated ironing board for optimal steam flow through fabric fibers.

 

How do I clean a Rowenta iron?

Safety first: unplug your iron and wait for the soleplate to cool completely before cleaning. Never use abrasive or metallic pads as this damages the protective coating.

Wipe the soleplate with a damp cloth or sponge once cooled. For stubborn residue, use Rowenta's Soleplate Cleaning Kit for optimal results.

Monthly maintenance: Clean the anti-scale valve, this prevents mineral buildup and ensures consistent steam performance.

Empty the water tank after each use and store upright on its heel rest.
