Terms of delivery
The parcels will be only delivered in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), to the personal address provided by the Customer upon its registration or when placing an order. For delivery to another address , the delivery address fields must be filled .
Deliveries are made from France via carrier with following conditions :
o Charged at US$ 14.99
o Average delivery time : 5 business days (for available items), after order preparation and from the shipment date.
If the Customer is absent, the carrier will leave a non-delivery card indicating where and when the parcel may be collected.
In all instances, it is essential that you check the condition of the parcel as well as its contents. If the condition and/or contents of the parcel are defective, the Customer should refuse the delivery and make the following statement on the receipt “Rejected for bad condition”, sign it and add the date of receipt of the parcel. At the same time, the Customer Relations department should be contacted by telephone on the following number :

If your goods are found to be defective after the delivery date, you must notify Customer Relations within 3 days of receipt (Customers Service phone number above) Any replacement parcel will be delivered within a maximum period of 7 working days from the date on which the Customer rejected the first delivery.
Orders less than $600 (USD) are not subject to customs duties collection by US customs authorities entering the United States. If your order is greater than $600 (USD) it is subject to customs duties collection. In such a case, you are responsible for the payment to the local authorities. It will not be the responsibility of Groupe SEB SIS.
